North Park (92104) is one of San Diego's most walkable, densest urban neighborhoods — 1910s–20s Craftsman bungalows and 1920s courtyard apartments strung along the 30th St and University Ave brewery scene, with a high renter turnover on top. Two jobs define the work here, and both come straight from the local building stock. Because there are no basements anywhere in San Diego, a Craftsman bungalow's whole storage story is the garage and the attic — so the biggest job we do is the multi-year garage-and-attic cleanout: furniture, boxes, tools, old exercise gear, the closet overflow, cleared out and priced as a simple truck-fill.
