Why San Diego Couches Are Hard to Get Rid Of

The City’s bulky-item pickup is paused, and Municipal Code §66.0105 only allows waste at the curb from 6 p.m. the evening before your collection day. A sofa left on the sidewalk is a violation, not a pickup request.
