There's no curb out here — and no city pickup

On the Mission Beach courts there is literally nowhere to leave a couch for a truck to grab, and it would not help if there were: the City of San Diego does not offer on-demand bulky pickup for apartments, condos, or rentals — the old People's Ordinance only ever served single-family homes with street access, and Measure B did not add a real on-demand program. For a rental operator on a turnover deadline, waiting on the city is not an option. Full-service hand-carry haul-out is: we carry the old furniture and mattresses off the court, load them blocks away, and it is one flat price scheduled on your window — often same-day. Usable pieces are donated, mattresses go to free recycling at the Miramar collection site, and electronics to free e-waste, so the turnover is handled cleanly.
